1. Scope

This policy applies to the static AVIVA Ventures website demonstration made available for design and content review. It does not describe the final production site's data practices. AVIVA will update this policy before public launch if the site begins collecting or processing personal information.

2. Information handling

The site does not collect information from you. It has no form, and nothing you read here is transmitted to AVIVA by the site itself.

Inquiries reach AVIVA by email, at the address published on the contact page. Your message is then handled through your email provider and AVIVA's email provider, and their terms and privacy practices apply to that communication.

Please do not include confidential, proprietary, health, financial, or other sensitive information in a first message.

3. Technical services

The demo loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Your browser may send Google basic connection information, such as an IP address and browser details, when requesting those font files. AVIVA does not receive that information through this demo.

Links to external sources, LinkedIn, or email services take you to third-party services. AVIVA does not control their privacy practices.

4. Cookies and browser storage

The site does not set cookies, use analytics, or use advertising technology, and it saves nothing to local storage or session storage.

5. Security and retention

Because the site collects nothing, AVIVA retains no data gathered through it. Email you send is kept in AVIVA's mailbox as ordinary business correspondence. No internet transmission method can be guaranteed secure, so use email only for information appropriate to an initial business inquiry.

6. Children's privacy

The site is intended for institutional and business audiences. It is not directed to children under 13, and AVIVA does not knowingly collect personal information from children through this demo.

7. Changes to this policy

AVIVA may revise this policy when the website, contact process, vendors, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will identify the current version.
